ANTI VIBRATION
TABLE has laboratory application where instrument usage
and accuracy of their reading are effected by vibration e.g. Galvanometer,
balances etc. The outer table is positioned independently of the inner table.
The inner table is a heavily weighted pre-fabricated. System which is mounted
on specially rubber mounts to dampen the minutest vibration. A small drawer is
provided for the convenience of the user for storing weights, accessories etc.
POSITIVE PRESSURE MODULES
POSITIVE PRESSURE MODULES:
CLASS 100 HEPA Filtered Positive Pressure Modules are designed to provide a clean area within a small enclosure. The modules pass filtered air with light positive pressure into the room such that whenever the room door is opened, the room air is forced out to prevent any contamination entering the room. These are light weight compact in size. These design adopt the same principle of laminar airflow easy to install, maintenance free. Pre filters are fixed at the rear end of the unit and the blower assembly used in the system sucks the air & passes to the HEPA filter chamber. In the HEPA filter chamber the air is filtered to maximum level. Suitable for Operation Theater, R&D Lab, Biotechnology Lab Etc.

Garment Sterile Storage Cabinets is a
specially designed cabinet which provides a sterile filtered, clean air through
HEPA filters. This cabinet protects dust
and other impurities on clean room garments and other materials.

POWDER DISPENSING / SAMPLING BOOTH
POWDER DISPENSING / SAMPLING BOOTH:
Powder
Sampling Booths with its open-fronted design, this type of system provides ease
of access for product, operator and environment. Reverse laminar flow powder dispensing booths (Also called
powder containment booths) protects the operators from toxic chemicals / raw
materials used for manufacturing of tablets, medicines, capsules etc from
external contamination during the process of weighing or measuring. It
is ideal where a high degree of flexibility is desired. Containment is achieved by air movement. Our downflow booths are workstation are
available in a variety of air-handling models.
When the Booths is operating under
normal conditions air is pulled through the main working chamber to exhaust
grills, normally situated in the rear of the Booths, suppressing air-borne dust
away from the operators breathing zone.
Downflow Booths and Workstation
provide a safe, controlled working environment and are called upon to carry out
a wide range of operations.

PASS THROUGH BOX ( OR ) PASS BOX
PASS BOX is one kind of
facilities, which located on partition walls of clean room and its function
shall be transferring goods between an un-controlled atmospheres to a
controlled environment. It protects the controlled
environment from possible pollution while transferring a material inside and
this is achieved with the help of inter-locking type doors of the pass box.

AIR SHOWER
Air Shower Designed to get do-away with surface contamination from personnel entering through specially constructed chamber of cleanroom. Shower is automatically actuated upon entry releasing a bath of clean air from the side walls and ceiling. After a timed duration, the shower shuts off and allows exit. The high velocity air from jet nozzles ensures efficient scrubbing action necessary to remove particulate matter. Contaminated air then flows through sidewalls of the air shower and flows through pre filters and final HEPA filters. The HEPA filtered air is 99.99% efficient on .3 microns, and is recirculated for containment.

FUME EXHAUST HOOD:
Laboratory Fume Hoods
are one of the most important components used to protect laboratory personnel
from exposure to hazardous chemicals and agents used in the laboratory. It offers a substantial degree of protection
to the users. Experimental procedures are performed with in the hood which is

Bio
Safety Cabinet Class I
The class I bio safety cabinets is an
open-front design and works on the principle of negative pressure
generations. The exhausted air is
filtered through high efficiency particulate air filter (HEPA) filter. This Class I bio safety cabinet is ideal to
be used where the Personnel and environmental protection is key, but not
product protection.

Cabinet Class II
This Class II vertical laminar-flow
biological cabinet is an open-front, ventilated cabinet. This cabinet provides a HEPA filtered,
recirculated mass airflow within the work space. The exhaust air from the cabinet is also
filtered by HEPA filters. This type of
bio safety cabinets provides excellent protection to users, products and the
environment. While HEPA filters are effective for trapping particulates and
infectious agents, these filters will not capture volatile chemicals or gases.

safety Cabinet Class III
Bio safety cabinet class III is a
totally closed compact and purely ventilated enclosure having an air tight
construction. All the experiments/procedures are performed through rubber
gloves, which are provided at the front of the unit. The primary feature of
class III bio safety cabinets is that they maintain negative pressure of 0.5”
or more while in operation. The supplies of fresh air are taken inside the
enclosure through specially designed high efficiency perfect air filters
(HEPA). The exhausted air of the unit is passed through two modules of HEPA filters,
which are strategically placed in series. The air passes through the two
filters before being discharged in the environment. The exhaust fan for the
Class III cabinet is generally separate from the exhaust fans of the facility’s
ventilation system. These types of bio
safety cabinet have complete self sustained exhaust system.
